Students benefit from discounted Salmon and Trout Association membership

The Salmon and Trout Association is offering students discounted membership of £15 p.a.,

a saving of £25 on the usual fees.  This offer is valid for as long as you remain a student, on condition that fees are paid by direct debit.  

The benefits of becoming a member:

  • Gamefisher magazine sent twice a year
  • Complimentary public liability cover whilst fishing and optional Household Insurance
  • Local branches support the Association and run social events. Some have their own fishing
  • Beginners Fly Fishing courses run by branches countrywide.
  • Social Events – the S&TA organises a number of social events throughout the year. We have occasional Association lunches and dinners, held in Fishmongers’ Hall, which provide an opportunity to meet S&TA personnel, as well as enjoying good food and wine in magnificent surroundings.
  • Finally, S&TA staff at Head Office are on hand to help members with queries and provide advice, and, if they don’t know the answer, they will usually know someone who does!
